Cheat Mode:
NOTE: This involves editing a game file so create a backup before proceeding.

Locate the soccer.ini file in your game directory and add the following lines of code into the file for the cheat. Don't forget you need to save the file as an .ini file for the cheats to work.

Unlock all teams: CHEAT_UNLOCKED_TEAMS=1
Unlock all tournaments: UNLOCK_TOURNAMENT=1
Aggressive tackles on: AGGRESSIVE_TACKLE_CHEAT=1
Equalize team stats: CHEAT_EQUAL_TEAM_STATS=0
CPU randomizes teams: CHEAT_RANDOM_TEAMS=1 CPU
Go into Demoplay: DEMO_MODE=1
Play game in O/S Window: WINDOWED=1

Unlock All-World Team (World Cup Mode):
Win with every single team three times in world class mode without losing a single game.

PSX:
Easy Goals:
An easy way to score a lot of goals, is to have the goalie run out of the goalbox. If you let the goalie run wherever the ball is, follow these directions:
Start a match and pause the game
Go to side select and switch teams
Pass the ball to the other team (who you just were) and press L1 while still holding L1 Pause again and go to side select change back to your original team and let go of L1 The goalie will not follow the ball around the field!

PS2:
At rewards screen, press Square to access the unlockable cheat options

Big Melon - Big head players :)
Win the European Champions' Cup

Crazy Ball - ball move in a crazy path during passes when you press Square :)
Win the EFA Trophy

Stay N Play - ball will always rebound from the touchline :)
Win the European Championships.

They All Fall Down - players will all fall down if the ball remains in possession for too long :)
Win the Copa America.

Eye Catcher - Giant Ball :)
Win the Gold Cup.

Scrimmage
Win the Champion's League (ECC) and whatever League Title (i.e. Premeireship) under professional mode. All the lads are gone out for a pint and only five players remain. Its indoor footie at its finest. There are also no bookings.

From Outside
Win the Champion's League (ECC) and whatever League Title (i.e. Premeireship) under professional mode. From outside the 18 yard box, if you put the ball in the onion bag, the goal is worth two.

Unlock the corresponding bonus tournaments when you win the following World Cup qualifications

CONCEBOL: Gold Cup
CONCACAF: Copa America

Complete all rewards except the last locked one to unlock the FIFA Confederations Cup.
